Smart TV does not describe one operating system. Samsung, LG, Android TV and other platforms may offer different apps.
Before setup
Find the model code and operating system first. Check the TV's own store instead of copying instructions for another brand unchanged.
First login and trial
After setup, test channel list, programme guide and remote controls. If playback works but the guide is empty, check guide support separately.
Account security
An access URL may contain a username and password. Do not save the full address on a shared computer or post it publicly. Hide these details in screenshots.
How to assess the result
Try several programmes on the same connection. If the app opens but the list does not load, check account and login details. If only one stream fails, investigate that content first. Resetting the device should not be the first step.

Ask for help on WhatsApp with your device model, app name and error text. You can try the free trial before choosing a subscription.
