Identify the symptom first: app not opening, failed login, empty list or one unplayable stream. Each requires a different check.
If the app will not open
Restart the app and device, then check storage and updates. Do not delete the app before securely saving login details.
If login is rejected
Check server address, username and password. Wrong fields, copied spaces and expired access can give similar errors. Ask the provider whether the account is active.
If the list loads but streams do not
Try another channel first. If all sources fail, check connection and device limits. For one affected source, report its name and the time.
When reporting the problem
Include device, app version, error message and attempted steps. Random consecutive changes hinder diagnosis; record each result.
