Search your TV's Apps section for a suitable player. An absent app may be incompatible with your model; provide the model code when asking for help.
First login and trial
Some players activate by device ID, others use account login. Treat app activation fees separately from the streaming subscription.
Account security
An access URL may contain a username and password. Do not save the full address on a shared computer or post it publicly. Hide these details in screenshots.
How to assess the result
Try several programmes on the same connection. If the app opens but the list does not load, check account and login details. If only one stream fails, investigate that content first. Resetting the device should not be the first step.
